New Beginners Mysore Style class!
Are you loving your Led Primary Classes but yearn to learn more?
Mysore Style is the traditional way that Ashtanga is taught. In a Mysore class you practice what you have been taught without being led by a teacher. It is like having a one to one lesson where you can ask questions & get help where you need it. The benefits are many and it brings your practice to a whole new level.
For some, entering a Mysore class for the first time can be scary but as soon as we take that Leap of faith we wonder what all the fuss was about.
To introduce you to the Mysore Style practice we are offering you the chance of a 3 week course starting at 17.45pm, Thursdays from 16th March, £21 or 3 of your class passes (to be paid on booking).
Also suitable for complete beginners to Ashtanga.
